Dream Manager It has been a life-long dream for the Blasdels to build a company that brings oppor tunities for its employees and families to grow personally, as much as profession ally and financially. Stego’s Dream Manager Program, created by Senior Financial Advisor, Steve Stafford, represents one way their dream has been realized. Within this program, Steve offers to meet individually with employees to reflect on and doc ument some of the most important elements in their life — their personal core val ues, character traits, strengths, life message, mission, purpose, goals, and dreams. Participants meet with Steve virtually and/or at Stego’s Home Office and receive affirmations from loved ones and teammates at the end of the process. As part of this program, employees are encouraged to discover their top strengths by taking the Gallup Clifton Strengths Assessment. This assessment aids our em ployees in identifying their top 5 strengths, which helps them to discover what they naturally do best, learn how to develop their greatest talents into strengths, gain greater confidence and empowerment, and maximize their potential in all areas of their lives.
