Stego Sustainability Report

Valuing Employees and Their Contributions OUR PEOPLE AND COMMUNITIES

The people who make up our organization are each a valued member of the Stego Team — or as Stego’s Owner, Paul Blasdel, refers to them, “a Stego Miracle”. As a private, family-owned company, Stego’s leadership genuinely cares about all team members and is committed to making sure each person feels seen, recognized, and appreciated, not only because of what they uniquely contribute to the company, but also because of who they are. In the hiring process, we understand that a candidate chooses Stego just as much as Stego chooses them. With that acknowledgment and many others, we endeavor to take good care of our employees and their families, in hopes they remain happy with their choice to commit their time and skillsets to Stego. We offer a generous salary and benefits package to employees. Like many other companies in today’s competitive hiring landscape, we are constantly reevaluating our compensation mix and currently offer health insurance, dental and vision bene fits, 401k with company match contributions, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), prof it-sharing plan, Life Insurance, parental leave, paid holidays, and paid vacation and sick time off. Yet, it is the more unique benefits that truly make Stego a special place to work. Stego employees currently receive: o Extra vacation days for their birthday and hire anniversary date each year o Wellness Reimbursement o Mental Health Reimbursement o “Friday Hours” to end work early each Friday

These additional, maybe non-traditional benefits, reflect our belief that a holistic work-life balance is at the core of who we aspire to be. At Stego, it’s all about our employees and their families living a balanced and fulfilling life. Though we take pride in our current offerings and perks, we recognize there is plenty of room to get even more creative in our compensation package. Many people within our Leadership Group and HR Department invest time researching and analyzing where and how we can better provide for our employees and their families. And, in addition to looking at industry and employment trends, we also greatly rely on the opinions of our employees to initiate change and benefit enhancements. The opinions and feedback from ALL team members are immensely valued at Stego. Although we have an “open door” policy when it comes to sharing ideas and concerns, we also have an Anonymous Feedback Portal that provides a safe place for employees to share suggestions, complaints, ideas, or observations with Stego’s HR Department. Whether it’s a recent hire navigating Stego’s benefits package or a seasoned team member providing suggestions for Stego’s approach to hybrid work after the pandemic, Stego strives to create a safe environment where every employee feels recognized and is an active participant in Stego’s culture.
