OUR PEOPLE AND COMMUNITIES Stego Core Values Stego’s Core Values are Unity, Innovation, Growth, Respect, Ownership, and Work Ethic.
These values are not just words we put up on a wall to be glanced at occasionally and rarely thought about. Rather, these 6 words represent the values that we aim to inten tionally live out in our everyday interactions. They are the ideals we use as a foundation for decision-making and goal setting. They are traits we look to nurture within ourselves but also recognize and develop within each other. Stego is proud to have a Core Values Recognition Program, in which employees are en couraged to anonymously nominate one another for exemplifying any or all of Stego’s Core Values. This program breathes life into Stego’s Core Values by inspiring us to look for the good in one another and by providing validation to those whose actions and be haviors align with the values. In addition to weekly (public and private) recognition for their alignment, those who get nominated also receive a “ticket” for Stego’s Quarterly Core Values Vacation Lottery Draw. The winner each quarter currently receives 1 bonus vacation day and reimbursement of $1,000 of expenses from a fun experience.

The acronym for these values is U&IGROW because when we consistently exemplify these values individually and collectively, we all GROW as individuals, as a team, and as a business.
