Fun Fun is an unofficial Core Value at Stego. We believe that fun is vital to creating a rewarding employee experience and positive com pany culture. At Stego, we make it a priority to have fun within our roles and with one another. We like to connect, laugh, joke, and spend time together at any opportunity. Stego encourages team building wherever possible and happily sponsors group gatherings for individual business units and teams, as well as company-wide. As an example, since Stego’s beginning, we have hosted an annual Holiday Week, in which all members of the company are invited to get together for a week of learning, collaboration, team building, philanthropy, celebration, and fun. The week concludes with a formal dinner party, at which significant others are invited to join for a night of mingling, dining, and dancing.
